荧光分光光度法测定天然水中的挥发酚

Determination of Volatile Phenols in Natural Waters by Fluorescence Method

天然水经过蒸馏后，直接用荧光分光光度计进行测定。激发波长为２７５ｎｍ，最佳发射波长为２９８ｎｍ，可定量测定水中的挥发酚。该方法灵敏、准确、节省试剂、简便易行。

The paper studied the direct determination of volatile phenols by fluorescence method.A distillation step was used to separate phenols from interfering substances.Characters of this method are sensitive,simple and fast.Ultraviolet excitation and fluorescence emission wavelengths for phenol are λ(ex),275nm and λ(em),298nm,respectively.Fluorescence intensity did not change when pH=1～7.The detection limit for phenol was 2μg/L.The results by fluorescence method and the standard method are compared.
