摘要
建构组织内部开放的人际关系,是个体与组织获得更大发展的必然要求,为此,我们必须摈弃那些妨碍开放式人际关系建立的专制式领导方式、不合理的工作设计、不透明的或者有失公正的组织制度以及不良的个体特征,建构一种利于开放与人际沟通的组织人际关系模式。
It is necessary for individual and organization to construct the open interpersonal relationships.And so, we should abandon those autocracy leadership styles that hinders the open interpersonal relationships, the unreasonable work designment, opaque or un-just organization system and bad individual characteristics, and construct a kind of organization interpersonal relationship model which benefits the open interpersonal communication.
