摘要
本文提出以组织内部代表性职务在过去若干年内外部劳动力市场平均价格形成的比例框架映射到内部劳动力市场,从而确定因素计点法方法的分级点数与权重的新思路,解决因素计点法长期存在的内外部公平性不一致、分级点数确定、权重确定缺乏客观性的三个不足。
Main shortcomings of traditional point factor method developed before and after the World War Ⅱ are as following:(1)The determination of factor level & weights are absent in objectivity;(2)The great influence of external labor market on internal labor market has long been ignored, so inconsistency between external and internal fairness is induced. A new method is suggested to solve shortcomings of point factor method. The basic idea of new method is using average prices of representative jobs in short-term past years to determine factor level & weights objectively.
