次级边缘漏感对高速直线感应电机性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 由电磁场的基本理论并结合磁场能量法,导出了高速直线感应电机次级的边缘等效气隙和边缘漏感的解析公式。通过考虑次级边缘漏感集总参数模型,分析得到该漏感对电机特性的影响规律。利用Maxwell3D软件建立三维有限元分析模型,得到了电机的电磁推力曲线。设计试验用原型样机进行试验,验证了所求次级边缘漏感参数计算公式的有效性和实用性。 On the basis of electromagnetic field theory and magnetic energy storage, the secondary edge equivalent airgap and edge leakage of high speed line induction motor (LIM) were presented. The characteristic of this type of machine was analyzed by using of the equivalent circuit considering secondary edge leakage. Then three-dimensional field analysis by Maxwell 3D software was used to predict electromagnetic force. The prototype machine is designed and experimental results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the formulas.
