Kupffer细胞在非酒精性脂肪性肝病形成中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是常见的肝脏疾病,也是高发病,其本质是肝实质细胞损伤,可能进一步发展成为肝纤维化、肝硬化;Kupffer细胞(Kupffer cells,KC)是定居于肝窦区的单核-巨噬细胞,在NAFLD形成机制中,其主要作用是调整肝内炎症和免疫的平衡状态,影响肝内组织细胞的生理、病理状态的改变。
