摘要
研究了铽铌酸锶钡(Tb:SBN)晶体的生长条件和介电性质。晶体是从含有Tb_2O_3的高温熔体中生长的。Tb_2O_3的含量控制在0.1~3wt-%范围,Sr与Ba的比例为61:39。用X射线衍射技术,对所生长的晶体作了结构分析。实验证明,晶格常数c随Tb含量增加而缩短,而a值随Tb含量增加出现非线性增长。介电常数随Tb含量增加而增高,居里温度随Tb含量增加而降低。
The growth and foundamental properties of terbium strontiumbarium niobate crystals have been investigated. Crystals have been grown fromhigh temperature melts containing Tb_2O_3. The concentration of Tb_2O_3 was chan-ged in the range from 0.1 to 3wt-%. Sr/Ba is 61/39. The structure analysisof the crystals as-grown was carried out by means of X-ray diffraction tech-nique. The experiments showed that the unit-cell parameter 'c' decreases withthe increased Tb_2O_3 concentration, but the value of 'a', shows nonlinear inc-rease with the increased Tb_2O_3 concentration. The measuring dielectric properti- es showed that the dielectric constants increase with the increased Tb concentra-tion and the Curie temperatures decrease with the increased Tb concentration.
