摘要
总结了党的十五大论述的社会主义初级阶段理论与林业密切相关的方面,并运用其思想来认识中国林业的基本属性和特征。中国林业的社会主义性质,决定了林业要为国家和全体人民的整体利益服务。中国林业处于社会主义初级阶段的时代性质,决定了林业的发展必须要与整个国民经济发展阶段水平相适应,以此来确定林业的发展方向、发展战略、发展模式及相关政策。
The socialist preliminary stage theory of 15^(th)National Congress of Chinese Communist Party related to forestry development,the theory is applied to find out the specifics and characters.The nature of Chinese socialist decide that forestry development should service to all people and country,forestry development should be suitable to develop- ment stage of national economy.Based on the assumption,the development guide,strategy, models and policy system should be made.
