深冷装置全流程自适应自动化系统的设计与实现

摘要 本文主要介绍了莱钢集团12000m3/h的外压缩低压流程的深冷装置控制系统的硬件、软件配置,重点介绍了多段折线函数、喘振盘旋功能、温度补偿、最低负荷启停车、产品氧、氮纯度自适应调节、空分卸载全流程"0"操作等先进的动态全流程自适应调整技术。该系统控制理念先进、自适应调节可靠性高,系统运行稳定、高效。 The hardware and software configurations of the automatic control system for cryogenic equipments in the 12000m^3/h outer-compression low pressure process in Laiwu Steel Group are introduced in this paper. The emphases are put on some advanced dynamic whole-process adaptive technologies such as the multi-segment polygonal function, anti-surge function, temperature compensation, automatic start-stop under the condition of minimum load, adaptive adjustment for oxygen/ nitrogen purities of products , whole-process air-separation unloading "0" operation, etc. The system has advantages of advanced control concept, high reliable adaptive adjustment capability and can work stably and efficiently
