摘要
在我国国民经济信息化迅速发展的今天,传统的计票方式已经远远不能满足社会的需求。本文提出一种计算机控制和管理的投票选举系统,采用基于图像识别技术的光学标记识别技术,完成选票上标记的识别。本文重点介绍了智能票箱的图像获取系统和机械、电子装置的设计与构造,图像数据的采集和传输过程。本方法大大降低了选票的填写和制作要求,减小了误识率,提高了选票的处理速度。
With the rapid development of our national economy, the traditional manual vote counting method has been far from satisfying the needs of the community. A voting system based on the computer control and management is presented in this paper. The identification of marks on the ballot paper can be completed by using optical mark recognition(OMR) based on the image recognition algorithm. The focuses of this paper are put on the image acquisition system of smart box, design and construction of the mechanical and electronic devices, image data acquisition and transmission. This method can lower the requirements for fill-in of votes and production of ballot papers, reduce the fail-identification rate and improve the processing speed of votes.
