摘要
本文介绍了火工品拔栓力的测试系统。该测试系统采用了研华公司生产的PCI-1711数据采集卡及NI公司LabVIEW图形化软件作为开发平台,利用同步触发技术,成功的获得火工品拔栓力的动态信号以及作用时间。此方法与传统的测试方法比较,具有成本低,灵活性强,使用方便的优点。
A testing system for the explosive bolt-pulled force is designed in this paper, which makes use of the PCI-1711 data acquisition card from Advantech and the LabVIEW graphical software from NI as the development platforms, takes advantage of the synchronous trigger technology. The dynamic signals of the explosive bolt-pulled force and its action time are obtained by this system. Compared with the traditional testing methods, this system has the advantage of low cost, high flexibility and easy operation.
