T细胞特异性转录因子T—bet、GATA3调控子痫前期辅助性T淋巴细胞1型免疫漂移的研究 被引量:3

摘要 子痈前期是产科常见且严重的妊娠并发症,是导致围产儿及孕产妇死亡的重要原因^[1]。研究发现辅助性T淋巴细胞1和2(Thelper1/Thelper2,Th1/Th2)免疫状态向Th1漂移是子痢前期发病的重要免疫机制^[1-4],因此研究子痫前期产生Th1型漂移的免疫调控机制有助于进一步了解其病理生理机制,目前国内外尚未见相关研究报道。
