RetCamⅡ数字视网膜照相筛查早产儿视网膜病的效果分析

摘要 随着医疗护理技术的改善，早产儿的存活率大大提高。早产儿视网膜病（retinopathy of prematurity，ROP）的发生率也随之增加。根据WHO估计，全世界已有5万多儿童因ROP失明^[1]。中国每年早产儿出生数达180～200万，其中有100万面临发生ROP的危险。2004年我国卫生部将出生体重〈2000g的早产儿列为ROP高发对象，要求各级医疗机构加强防治。
