补色法测定云母鳞片的厚度

Determing Thickness of Mica Scale by Compensator

本文利用显微镜附件补色器测定云母鳞片的光程差R,再由公式d=P/(N_1-N_2)计算出云母鳞片的厚度d,解决了云母鳞片厚度的测定问题。

In this paper optical path difference (R) of mica scales has beendetermined with a microscope compensator. Then the thickncss (d) of micascale are calculated by formular d=R/(N_1 - N_2). The problem about deter-ming thickness of mica scales are solved.
