摘要 报导了钇镓石榴石Y_3Ga_5O_(12):Cr和其固溶体单晶钇钆镓石榴石(Y,Cd)_3Ga_5O_(12):Cr的生长研究。观察了晶体的完整性,并测定其化学组分、晶格常数及其吸收、荧光等光谱。文章指出(Y、Gd)_3Ga_5O_(12):Cr^(3+)中Cr^(3+)的~4A_2→~4T_1及~4A_2→~4T_2跃迁的宽带吸收峰值随Gd量的增加而向长波方向移动。 In this article, the growth and investigation of yttrium gulliumgarnet (Y_3Ga_5O_(12)) and its solid solution crystal, yttrium gadolinium galliumgarnet [(Y,Cd)_3Ga_5O_(12)], are reported. Observations and determinations weremade for these crystals on their imperfections, chemical composition, latticeconstants, absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra etc. It is pointed out thatthe band absorption peck values of ~4A_2→~4T_1 and ~4A_2→~4T_2 transitions of Cr^(3+)in (Y, Gd)_3Ga_5O_(12): Cr^(3+) crystals shift toward the long wavelength side withthe increase of the amount of Gd.
