摘要
本文采用高频感应加热引上法成功生长出CdWO_4大单晶。讨论了晶体的解理、着色、核心、夹杂物和热腐蚀机理;提出了选择配料、温场等解决途径,并测量了晶体的发光特性。
Large sized CdWO_4 crystals were successfully grown by theCZ method with high frequency inductive heating. Some problems such ascleavage, colouration, cores and thermal elching were encountered, andthey were solved by adopting suitable methods of preparing raw materials andchoosing favorable temperature profiles. The luminescence characteristicswere determined.
