摘要 国企改革是全社会都十分关注的热门话题,为何被西方国家实践证明行之有效的现代企业制度应用到我国的国企改革上却失灵?为何我国的国企改革的预期却一次次落空?解决我国国企的“用人机制” State owned enterprise reformation is a most popular subject of the talk that the society shows great concern for.Why is the modern enterprise system that proves effective in practice in western countries ineffective when it is applied in Chinese national enterprise reform?Why does our national enterprise reform fail to meet its expectation over and over again?To solve the system of choosing a person for a job is the way out perhaps.
