Protecting commercial secrets is the objective requirement for maintaining the normal economy and trade order,and guaranteeing that ecomomy and trade can develop healthily.This paper analyses and discusses the construction and nature of commercial secrets,the main forms of expression of letting out them and some problems of how to use international practice to protect commercial secrets.
