摘要
利用微波消解,空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对蕨麻中钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、锌、铁、锰8种人体必需矿物元素进行了测定。对样品的预处理方法、仪器的测定条件、共存元素的干扰及消除进行了研究,并对各测定元素进行了加标回收率实验。结果表明,在选定的实验条件下,该法的相对标准偏差均小于2.5%(n=8),各元素加标回收率为96.5%—103.2%。
Eight mineral elements of K,Na,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn in potentilla anserina L.were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).The method of the sample pretreatment,choice of the instrumental determination conditions,and interference with its elimination of the coexisting elements were invesitigated.Furthermore,the addition standard recovery tests of each element were also done.The relative standard deviation is below 2.5%(n=8),and the addition standard recovery is in the range of 96.5%—103.2% for all the elements under given conditions.
