摘要
采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定杨梅中Fe、Mg、Ba、Cu、Al、Zn、Mn、Co8种微量元素,对样品的前处理条件进行了探讨,通过加标回收实验,验证了分析数据的可靠性,在最佳测定条件下,方法检出限为0.0005—0.0100g/mL,相对标准偏差≤2.8%,加标回收率为95.7%—105.1%。方法快速、简便、准确,适合常规分析。
The determination of eight elements (Fe,Mg,Ba,Cu,Al,Zn,Mn,Co) in myrica rubra Sieb et Zucc. was carried out by ICP-AES.The myrica rubra Sieb et Zucc.sample was digested by microwave digestion technique.Under the optimal conditions,the detection limit is 0.0005—0.0100μg/mL,and the RSD≤2.8%.The recovery is in the range of 95.7%—105.1%.The experimental results show that the method is easy,rapid and accuracy.
