摘要 测量了同成分、掺铁和掺镁铌酸锂晶体质子交换前后的红外光谱,提出氢杂质在铌酸锂中可以三种结构状态存在。 The infrared spectra of congruent, iron-doped and magnesium-doped lithium niobate crystals were measured before and after proton-exchange.It is proposed that hydrogen impurity in the crystal may exist in three structuralstates.
