摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定慢性肾炎患者及健康人血清中的Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se和Pb等14种元素,以In作为内标进行基体效应的补偿,该方法快速灵敏,回收率为91.08%—l08.0%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%,结果令人满意,可应用于临床慢性肾炎患者血清中多种微量元素的同时检测。
The 14 kinds of trace element,Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se and Pb in serum of chronic glomerulonephritis and health person were simultaneously determined by ICP-MS.In was as the internal standard to compensate the matrix effect.The recoveries are in the range of 91.08%—l08.0% with the relative standard deviations of less than 5.0%.The validated method for determining trace elements is simple,fast,which can be employed to the determination of trace elements in serum of chronic glomerulonephritis.
