硅钢板坯加热炉用新型垫块的研制及应用

摘要 针对硅钢板坯加热炉因加热温度高而使PGUMCo50炉用常规钴合金垫块容易被高温氧化磨蚀,从而造成热坯底面压痕凹坑缺陷的问题,研制了上部为ISCo50G合金、下部为Ni—Cr合金的新型蘑菇头垫块,使用表明该垫块具有更好的使用性能和更长的有效寿命,且造价比常规垫块低15%~20%。 In view of easy oxidation and abrasion of PGUMCo 50 at high temperature of heating furnace for silicon slab,which brought out the dent defect of slab,a super-skid button was developed,which top was ISCo50G alloy, and lower was Ni-Cr alloy.The production showed that the super-skid button had good performance and long service life,and its cost was lower than common skid button 1.5%~2.0%.
