摘要
针对如何调整现场正在使用的进口5辊矫直机上辊系各矫直辊压下量,以解决合理矫直带钢的问题,结合该矫直机双偏心调整的特点,从解析角度分析了2个偏心轴转角的角度变化对上辊系压下量的影响,得出了在一定范围内调整偏心轴转角能够找到合适的压下量矫直一定规格的带钢的结论。该计算方法已经应用在实际生产过程中。
In order to correctly adjust reduction of top rolls system of 5 rolls flattener that was being used for solving the problems to flatten strip.Combined with the adjusting characteristics of double eccentricity flattener,the effect of the angle of 2 eccentricity shafts on reduction was analyzed by analytical method.The results show that the proper reduction can be gotten to flatten certain strips when the angles of 2 eccentricity shafts are adjusted in certain range.The calculation method has already been used in production.
