Experimental Investigation on Coiling Process of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N Hot-Rolled Coil

摘要 对00Cr22Ni5Mo3N热轧板卷热卷取工艺进行了模拟试验,结果表明:卷取温度对00Cr22Ni5Mo3N钢的冲击韧性有显著影响,随着卷取温度的提高,钢的韧性逐渐降低,其最佳热卷取温度为550-600℃。在较高的卷取温度下CrN、Cr2N、Cr2(C,N)、χ相和σ相的析出是导致模拟试样冲击韧性降低的主要原因。 The coil process of duplex stainless steel 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N was simulated.The test results show that the coil temperature can affect the impact toughness of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N remarkably,its impact toughness declines along with the elevation of coil temperature,and its best coil temperature range is 550-600℃.The precipitation of CrN,Cr2N,Cr2(C,N),χ and σ phases is the main reason to decline the impact toughness of simulation specimens.
