摘要
运用拉伸、金相、析出物定量分析等测试方法,研究了DC01热轧带钢的组织性能。结果表明:带钢长度方向上屈服强度最大差值约为20MPa,抗拉强度变化平稳,头尾伸长率较高。带钢宽度方向晶粒度相差1级左右,屈服强度最大差值约为10MPa。通过计算得出带钢头部20m、头部120m和尾部50m沉淀强化增量分别为10.86MPa、9.256MPa和11.595MPa,具有微弱的沉淀强化效果。
The microstructure and properties of DC01 hot rolled strip are investigated by using tensile, metallo graphic and quantitative analysis of precipitates. The results show that the maximum difference of yield strength on the direction of length is about 20MPa, the variable of tensile strength is smoothly and the elonga tion is higher on the position of head and tail. The difference of ASTM and yield strength on the direction of width respectively is about 1 grade and 20MPa. The increments of precipitation strengthening on the head of 20 meters, 120 meters and on the tail of 50 meters respectively is 10.86MPa, 9. 256MPa and 11. 595MPa, has the weak precipitation strengthening effect.
