摘要 针对南京钢铁股份有限公司生产的Q550D高强板冲击功不稳定的技术难点,分析了道次压下量、终轧温度和终冷温度对Q550D钢板冲击性能的影响。研究结果表明,对于厚25、30mm的高强板,待温坯厚度最大不应超过60mm,待温温度不超过900℃,终轧温度应控制在810~825℃,终冷温度控制在505~537℃范围内,可有效改善钢板的冲击性能。 The influence of draught per pass, finishing roiling and cooling temperature on the impact property of Q550D high strength steel were analyzed to resolve the problem of unstable impact property. The results showed that the thickness and temperature of holding delay slab should be respectively controlled at 60mm and 900℃, and the finishing rolling and cooling temperature values should be controlled at 810-825℃ and 505-537℃.
