摘要
对宝山钢铁股份有限公司宝钢分公司钢管厂Φ140mm全浮动芯棒连轧管机组轧制力及轧辊辊缝变化值进行了在线测定,将轧制力与辊缝变化值的实测结果进行线性拟合,得到轧机的垂直刚度值为5530kN/mm。在对轧机各组成部件受力分析的基础上,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,对轧机各部件分别建模并进行变形计算,得出轧机垂直刚度的模拟值为6110kN/mm。模拟值与实测值的相对误差为10.5%,表明所建有限元模型能够应用于连轧管机刚度的研究。
The rolling force and roll gap change of φ140mm full floating mandrel mill of Baosteel were measured online. Through the linear fitting to the measured results of the rolling force and gap change, the vertical stiffness of the mill, 5530kN/mm, was obtained. Based on the force analysis to the mill parts, ABAQUS fi- nite element software was used to the modeling and deformation calculation of each part. The simulated stiff ness of the mill is 6110kN/mm. The relative error between the simulated stiffness and the measured one is 10.50%, which indicates that the established finite element models could be used for the stiffness analysis of the mandrel mill.
