介绍了钢带成型法生产药芯焊丝的成型工艺及设备,该成型工艺及设备由放带、16道次轧制、加粉、拉拔、收丝组成,其工艺先进成熟,设备运行稳定可靠。
The forming technology and equipment of the steel strip forming processing for flux-cored wire were introduced. The steel strip supplying, 16 passes rolling process, flux filling, drawing and winding of the tech nologies were illustrated. In practical production , the technology was advanced and perfect, and the running of equipment was steady and reliable.
