冷轧机油雾分离器排液系统的改进

摘要 针对冷轧机油雾分离器排液系统须定期手动排液而带来的系列问题,利用"负压差大于零"的原理,对排液系统进行了改进,使手动排液变为自动排液。同时对分离器外部的集油坑进行改造,使集油坑也实现了自动排液。系统改进后不仅提高了生产效率和风机的使用寿命,而且还有益于现场作业环境的改善。 In view of the serial problems of periodical manual drainage of oil-mist separator of cold rolling mill, drainage system was improved based on the principle of "negative pressure gradient is positive", and the manual drainage phenomenon was become automatic operating. Meanwhile, the oil collector was reformed to automati- cal drainage too. After improvement, production efficiency and service life of fan were increased, and working environment was better.
