摘要
利用连续退火模拟器对比分析了低碳铝镇静钢在不同的连续退火工艺下,Fe3C的析出状态及析出位置的变化对组织性能的影响。通过优化低碳铝镇静钢的连续退火工艺,降低了低碳铝镇静钢的屈强比,提高其深冲性能。
Effect of morphology and precipitating position of Fe3C on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low carbon aluminum-killed(AK) steel was compared and analyzed after different continuous annealing processes by continuous annealing simulator.With the optimized annealing processes,the ratio of yield strength and tensile strength of the low carbon AK steel was decreased,the deep drawing property of the steel was improved.
