拉深系数对40ACr钢球化退火后硬度的影响

Effects of drawing coefficient on hardness of 40ACr steel after spheroidizing annealing

摘要 对采用不同拉深系数进行拉拔的40ACr钢进行球化退火处理,通过显微组织观察和硬度检测,分析了拉深系数对40ACr钢球化退火硬度的影响。结果表明,随着拉深系数的减小,40ACr钢球化退火后的球状珠光体结构趋于规则,晶粒变细,硬度则是先减小后保持不变。根据测试结果,选取80%-85%为最佳拉深系数。 Spheroidizing annealing test was carried out on the 40ACr steel with different drawing coefficient,and the effect of drawing coefficient on hardness of 40ACr after spheroidizing annealing was investigated through microstructure observation and hardness test.The results show that the spheroidization effect becomes better with decreasing the drawing coefficient,the hardness reduce first,then hold the line.According to the test results,it is preferable to choose the drawing coefficient of 80%~85%.
