摘要 通过对磷酸铁锂单体电芯容量对温度敏感性的研究,确立了电芯放电容量较为稳定的温度区间,并通过在此温度下的放电容量和25℃放电容量的关系实验,确立了生产线简单易于操作的分容制度,同时提高了电芯容量一致性的筛选。 The study on capacity temperature sensitivity of LiFePO4 cells was carried out. Certain temperature range was found in which capacity of LiFePO4 cells could keep stable. Through the evaluation of capacity between 25 ℃ and certain temperature range presented, a capacity grading regime which was easy and flexible to operate on production line was established. The capacity accuracy and consistency of cells was found through this kind of capacity grading.
