摘要 光伏电池现在已经越来越多的应用在各个领域,对光伏电池的研究也越来越深入,但由于天气等方面因素,而不能随时利用光伏电池进行研究,因此设计太阳电池模拟器是十分必要的。根据太阳电池单体的数学模型,设计了电池单体的I-V特性曲线生成电路,实验结果表明该电路输出的I-V特性曲线能很好地满足模拟太阳电池单体的特性。为了维持直流母线的电压稳定,还设计了稳压调节器,并对太阳电池模拟器进行单支路和阵列实验来测试其直流母线特性。 Solar array is widely used in many areas, so more research is focusing on it. However, because of the weather problem, the research can not be carried out at any time. So, the design of solar array simulator is necessary. Based on the mathematical model of solar cell, a circuit which can generate the I-V curves of the real solar cell by using analog devices was designed in this paper. The experiment results show the I-V curves can well meet the characteristics of solar cell. The shunt switching unit was designed to maintain the stability of DC bus and test the performance of DC bus of the solar array simulator.
