摘要
分析和比较了传统的氧化电源和微弧氧化电源进行镁合金、铝合金表面处理时的主要特点,提出了一种应用于镁合金、铝合金微弧氧化的数字化多自由度大功率的双极性不对称脉冲电源。介绍了其技术特点、工作原理、控制方法、人机界面设计、主要结构、试验结果以及现场应用情况。
The main problems of the traditional oxidation power supplies and micro-arc oxidation power supplies in applications of magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy surface treatment were discussed, and a digital micro-arc oxidation bipolar asymmetric pulse power with multi-degree of freedom for the applications mentioned above were proposed. The technical descriptions, operation principles, control methods, designing of human-machine interface, central structure, test results and field application were introduced.
