摘要
为指导卧螺离心机螺旋输送器关键参数的确定与结构的优化,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了螺旋输送器的参数化三维有限元模型,进行结构强度分析和转子模态分析,发现螺旋输送器为刚性转子,应力最大值出现在圆柱段叶片根部,径向最大位移出现在圆柱段螺旋叶片外缘。进一步分析了叶片厚度和半锥角等参数对转子结构强度和固有特性的影响,参数化分析结果表明,随螺旋叶片壁厚的减薄,应力强度和径向位移量均呈增大趋势,增大半锥角会造成总体应力强度值的提高。
To guide the key parameter determination and struc- ture optimization of the screw conveyor of horizontal decanter centri- fuge, the parameterized 3D finite element model of screw conveyor was established by using the finite element analysis software AN- SYS. It was discovered that screw conveyor is a rigid rotor, maxi- mum stress and the maximum radial displacement is located at the edge of cylindrical part of helical blade after carrying out the structure strength analysis and rotor modal analysis. Further analysis about the influence on the rotor structural strength and inherent characteristics by parameters,sueh as blade thickness, half cone angle and etc. has been carried~:out. The results show that both stress intensity and radial displacement has a increasing tendency as the thickness of helical blade decreases; increasing the half cone angle will cause the total stress intensity to be increased.
