摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钙钛矿结构的SrTiO_3、Sr_(0.95)A_(0.05)TiO_3(A=Ph、Bi)和SrTi_(0.95)Co_(0.05)O_3光催化剂。采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和紫外-可见光吸收等技术对样品形貌及光吸收特性进行了表征。以高压汞灯和碘钨灯为实验光源,通过对甲基橙和罗丹明B的脱色率考察样品的光催化活性。结果表明,各金属离子掺杂增强了SrTiO_3光吸收活性,使其在高压汞灯下对染料溶液的脱色率提高3~5倍,减小了带隙能,在不同程度上拓展了光吸收波长范围。
Photocatalysts with perovskite structure, i. e. , SrTiO3 , Sr0.95 A0.05 TiO3 ( A = Pb, Bi ) and SrTio.95Co0.05O3 , were synthesized by sol-gel method and characterized by XRD, SEM and UV-vis absorbance. Using high-pressure mercury lamp and iodine tungsten lamp as the light sources, photocatalytie activity of the catalysts was evaluated by deeolorizing rate for methyl orange and Rhodamine B. The experimental results showed that doping of metal ions enhanced light absorbing activity of SrWiO3, with 3 to 5 times higher decolorizing rate under high-pressure mercury lamp, lower band gap energy and extended range of absorption wave length.
