民族高等教育重点学科建设的回溯与思考

Retrospection and Introspection on the Major Discipline Construction for Ethnic Higher Education

学科建设,尤其是重点学科建设是民族高等教育提高核心竞争力的关键,是学科发展的制高点。民族高等学校应该顺应科学发展规律,按照重点学科建设内容和标准进行学科建设,确定优先发展方向,培育新的学科增长点,并通过改革管理体制和运行机制保证重点学科的持续发展,从而带动学校整体水平的持续发展。

The construction of disciplines,the major disciplines in particular,which is the vital point for ethnic higher education to enhance its core competitive power,is the commanding elevation for the development of disciplines. Colleges and universities for nationalities should follow the rules of scientific development,be in accordance with the contents and standards of the major discipline construction,identify the direction of their prior development orientation and cultivate new growing points of disciplines. Meanwhile, colleges and universities should ensure the sustainable development of major disciplines through the reform of their managing systems and operational mechanisms,and thus start out the overall sustainable development of the schools.
