技术引进促进经济增长作用省际差异性影响因素分析

Factors Analysis of Technology Introduction to Economic Growth with Provincial Difference

在我国不同省区,技术引进促进经济增长作用的发挥程度不尽相同。本文着重研究影响技术引进促进经济增长作用发挥程度的主要因素,运用计量模型进行回归分析后得出以下基本结论:整体上看,技术消化吸收因子是我国技术引进促进经济增长作用发挥的最大影响者,其次分别为技术使用因子、技术适用因子和技术流动因子。但是,在东部省区,技术的消化吸收、使用和流动因子影响作用更为明显,而技术的先进适用因子在西部省区影响作用更加明显;由于各省区技术引进促进经济增长作用影响最大的因素是不同的,因而其政策含义也应不同。

In different provinces of China,the effect of the economic promotion via technology imports differs really.This article analyses the factors promoting an economic growth via technology imports,makes use of factor analysis to find out four components,which are used as independent variable in regression analysis,and draw the conclusion： the technical absorptive capability is the most important factor to the process of technology imports promoting the economic,while the use,movements and superiority adaptability also have the impact.Meanwhile,the factor of technical absorptive capability,use and movements contributes more in eastern area,the factor of superiority adaptability contributes more in western area.Different factors causing the provinces range technical contribution differences,the policy are implicated.
