On Professor Lv Yisheng's Idea of Preparing "H" Talents

自1949年从艺至今,吕艺生先生在艺术的田野上已辛勤耕耘了六十余年,他的研究涉及舞蹈教育、舞蹈理论、艺术管理、音乐剧创作、人才学、社会学等多个方面,且在每个领域都卓有建树,这不能不令我们佩服他艺术修养之深厚、艺术眼光之独到和艺术理论知识之渊博。尤其在舞蹈教育方面,他发表过多篇关于如何培养舞蹈人才的论文,具有远见卓识。他用英文字母"H"代表新时代所需要的舞蹈人才类型,运用多维视角对舞蹈人才的培养者和培养对象提出了具有前瞻性、创新性的观点,令人耳目一新,给人以启迪。

Professor Lv Yisheng has been working in the field of art since 1949. On May 16th,2009,Celebration of Lv Yisheng＇s 60th Anniversary of Art Career was held in Beijing. His studies involves dance education,dance theory,art management,creation of musicals,science of talents,sociology,and many other areas,each of which contains his outstanding contribution so that we are greatly impressed by his artistic accomplishment,tastes as well as comprehensive knowledge of artistic theory. He has published many essays concerning dance education with great visions,discussing how to develop dance talents. He uses ＂H＂ to represent a type of dance talents needed in the new era,proposing from multi-dimensional perspectives a very foresighted,creative and inspiring idea for dance educator and dance students.
