奥沙拉嗪与柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效与安全性的系统评价

Systematic Review on Safety and Efficacy of Olsalazine and Sulfasalazine in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:评价氨基水杨酸制剂奥沙拉嗪与柳氮磺吡啶对比治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane library、Embase、SCI、CNKI、万方、维普、CBM数据库。按Cochrane系统评价的方法评价所纳入研究资料质量,并进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12个随机对照试验(RCT),共1294例溃疡性结肠炎患者。Meta分析结果显示,奥沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎在总有效率、复发率方面与柳氮磺吡啶比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在安全性评价方面,11个RCT比较了二者的不良反应,提示二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥沙拉嗪在疗效和安全性方面并不优于柳氮磺吡啶。

OBJECTIVE：To compare the efficacy and safety of olsalazine vs.sulphasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.METHODS：By Retrieving from PubMed,Cochrane library,SCI,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM,randomized controlled trials were collected and the quality of RCTs were evaluated using Cochrane systematic review.Meta-analysis of RCTs was performed.RESULTS：12 RCTs were included in this study,with a total of 1294 patients.Meta-analysis showed that there was no statistical significance in the total effective rate,relapse rate between two preparations（P0.05）.11 RCTs were enrolled in comparison of ADR.There was no statistical significance between 2 preparations（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：The analysis shows that there is no significant difference in the efficacy and safety between olsalazine and sulphasalazine.
