介绍了应用VB 6.0作为开发工具,利用工控机和ACL-7225数据采集卡开发配页机自动控制系统的方法,并详细论述了系统的关键部分——上位机管理软件的设计。本系统提供自动控制和手动控制两种模式,并且两种模式间可相互切换,通过手动控制设置系统的初始化参数,然后进入自动控制环节,实现了左摆、气缸伸出、吸真空、气缸复位、回零点等动作的自动控制。根据壁纸种类不同,可用手动模式调节伺服电机的左移和右移长度,确保吸纸的准确性。在投入使用中,改变了大连某企业原有的手工配页方式,提高了生产效率,取得了较好的经济效益。

The autocontrol system of the assembling machine was developed with VB 6.0,ACL-7225 data sampling cards and industry computer,in which the host administrators is a key part being discussed.This system supplies both manual control and autocontrol,which can be switched each other.The system initialization parameters were set up by manual control and then entering the automatic link.Manual can ensure the accuracy of absorption of paper based on the wallpaper types.Its application in automation of the working with pages could improve production efficiency and economy benefit.
