济宁市农村精神疾病流行情况再调查的结果及其比较

A comparative results of the re-investigation on epidemic conditions of mental disorder in rural of Jining city

目的为掌握我市农村精神疾病患病情况及其相关因素，并与１９８４年资料进行对照研究。方法依据精神疾病流行学调查的有关内容，对１９８４年三个农村样本县进行复调。结果各类精神疾病总患病率为１０３５‰，时点患病率为９４１‰，其中精神分裂症患病率３６２‰，情感性障碍０２５‰，脑血管疾病所致精神障碍０００‰，人格障碍１０４‰。结论除脑血管疾病所致精神障碍、人格障碍有显著差异外，总患病率、时点患病率及其他各类精神障碍均无显著差异。

Objective To re-investigate mental disorders prevalence and its related factors in rural of Jining city,The authors compared to the prevalence of mental disorders in two investigative results.Method With the manual of mental disorder epidemiological investigation,the three sample district investigated in 1984 were re-investigated.Results The overall prevalence of mental disorder were 10.35‰.The point prevalence of mental disorder were 9.41‰.The prevalence of schizophrenia was 3.62‰,affective disorder(0.25‰),mental disorders caused by brain vascular diseases(0.00‰),personality disorders(1.04‰).Conclusion The prevalence of mental disorders caused by brain vascular diseases and personality disorder were statistically significant differance,other findings such as the overall prevalence,the point prevalence and prevalence and the pnevalence of other mental disorders were no statistically significant difference.This suggests that socioeconomic factors have a important role in the pathogeny of mental disorders.
