528名织布女工的心理健康状况分析

An analysis of psychological health for 528 female weavers

目的了解织布女工的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ—９０）对重庆市某纺织厂织布车间５２８名女工进行心理健康水平调查。结果该厂织布女工的躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、忧郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性因子分均高于国内常模，存在较突出的心理健康问题；高工龄组（≥１０年）比低工龄组（＜１０年）在躯体化、焦虑、敌对问题上更为突出。结论在织布女工中开展心理保健工作非常必要。

Objective To understand condition of psychological health of female weavers.Method By the Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90) psychological health of 528 female weavers was investigated in Chongqing.Results The means of factors on somatizatin、obsessivecompulsive、interpersonal sensitivity、depression、anxiety、hostility、photic anxiety、paranoid ideation and psychoticism are significantly higher than norm,therefore their problems of psychological health are more conspicuous.The problems of senior group(>=10years) are more obvious than that of junior group (<10 years) on somatization、anxiety and hostility.Conclusion It is necessary to develop psychological health care in female weavers.
