摘要 一直以来,中国在CEVA亚太区中的战略地位就非常重要。大约在2000年左右,CEVA进入中国,当时正逢第二波火规模外资投资中国。实际上,在第一波外资大规模投资中国的时候,也就是上个世纪的80年代末、90年代初,我们就已经来到了中国,那个时候我们在中国一些地区设立了办事处,可以说,CEVA关注中国由来已久,可以有很多经验与中国同行分享。 For a long time, for CEVA, the strategy position of China is very important. About 2000 ago, CEVA entered China, and at that time, the second wave of massive foreign investment came about in China. In reality, when the first wave of massive foreign investment poured into China at the end of the 1980s and in the early 1990s, we have already come to China and set up offices in some areas of China.We can say that we have been concerned with China for so long and have a lot of experience to share with the Chinese counterparts. In the Chinese market, we have seen the acquisition as a selection of the development of enterprises. CEVA is the combination of TNT and EGL. Whether it is in the Chinese market or in other markets, the acquisition is certainly to take risks. According to our observations, successful cases of foreign-funded enterprises for the acquisition or merger in China are not many.
