摘要
根据上海市真如城市副中心功能定位,排水专业规划对"雨水调蓄削峰措施"、"雨水收集利用措施"、"雨水下渗措施"进行研究。按新的地区防汛标准,该地区5个排水系统中,只有铜川雨水系统不能满足规划要求。通过计算机模型模拟,采用雨水削峰调蓄和下垫面规划,可以达到防汛标准。这些措施实现了城市排水从"工程排水"向"生态排水"的技术进步。
Based on the orientation of Zhenru District as the vice city center of Shanghai,researches on the adoption of ' rainwater storage and peak clipping measures' ,' rainwater collection and utilization measures' ,and ' rainwater infiltration measures' are carried out. According to the latest regional flood control standard,only Tongchuan rainwater system cannot satisfy the planning requirements of the five drainage systems. Adopting ' rainwater storage and peak clipping measures' and ' underlying surface planning' can meet requirements of the flood control standard through computer model simulation. These measures are proved to realize technical progress of drainage system from ' engineering drainage' to ' ecological drainage'.
