虹桥国际机场扩建中集约用地的实践和探索

On Practice & Exploration of Intensive Land Use during Hongqiao International Airport Expanding Project

以虹桥国际机场为对象,总结了扩建规划过程中集约用地的主要思路和实践。论述虹桥国际机场总体规划在1993版基础上修编的原因,并从节约用地、设施有效利用的角度,在总体规划修编和设计过程中采取了平行近距离跑道方案、办公用房集中规划建设、消防站和灯光变电站集中布设、综合交通枢纽建设等措施,以集约用地,提高资源利用率。

Taking Hongqiao International Airport for example, the main idea and practice of intensive land use during expanding planning are summarized. The revising reasons of Hongqiao International Airport General Plan on the basis of Edition 1993 are mentioned. Furthermore, from saving land and using facilities effectively, several measures are adopted including close and parallel runway plan, office accommodation unified planning construction, unified layout of fire station and light substation and integrated traffic hub construction, which can improve intensive land use and resource usage rate.
