摘要
介绍一种新型的声波换能器高温测试分析系统,各子系统采用ARM7嵌入式架构并通过以太网与主机互联形成典型的分布式工业测控系统;对嵌入式核心电路板、扩展IO总线、并行多通道数据采集扩展板、采集控制逻辑以及嵌入端软件和主控软件的若干技术细节进行了讨论;网络各端点间数据传输的实时性、传输带宽和可靠性通过实验得到了验证,能够满足测试分析系统的需求。
A new type of high temperature test and analysis system for acoustic transducer is introduced. The ARM7 embedded structure is used by each subsystem, and the typical distributed industrial measurement and control systems are formed by means of connect between Ethernet and hosts. Embedded core circuit boards, expanded I/O bus, parallel multi--channel data accumulation expanded boards, accumulation control logic and some technical details about embedded end software and main control software are discussed. Real time function of data transmission among terminal vertexes in internet, the transmission band width and operational safety are examined by the experiments. The results show that the design satisfies demands of the measurement and control system.
