摘要
地铁列车电空制动系统的电子控制单元对于地铁车辆制动性能的好坏有着决定性的作用;介绍了一种基于自适应模糊控制技术的电空制动控制单元,着重讨论了控制单元的整体结构、控制器的设计和软件实现等;相比较传统的控制系统,本系统将PID技术、模糊技术和Bang-Bang技术进行了有效的结合,可以快速及精确地实现所设定的压力值,达到了设计的要求。
The EP Braking controlling unit has an important significance to the performance of the braking system of the subway vehicle. This passage present a novel EP braking controlling unit based on self-adaptive fuzzy logic controlling and puts emphasis on discussing the structure of the system , the design of the controller, and the flow of the programme. Compared with the traditional controlling systems, the PID technology, the fuzzy technology, and the Bang-Bang technology are integrated in the system , as a result , the expected pressure can be attained so rapidly and aecurely that the demands of the design are met.
