便携式表面粗糙度仪设计与实现

摘要 针对工业现场对表面粗糙度仪器的高精度、快速及便携要求,基于AT91R4008的高速、低功耗特点,开发了一款新型便携式表面粗糙度测量仪;该仪器采用主从控制器结构,驱动系统由从控制器通过数字PID调速算法实现稳速调节;主控制器主要进行信号的采集,实现线性相位数字滤波;设计了近似线性相位的模拟滤波器;通过以上方法实现了表面特征信号的低失真提取,实验表明仪器的测量精度、计算速度等指标达到了预期的设计要求,可以很好地满足工业现场的测量需求。 To meet the requirements of portability and high--speed for measuring surface roughness, a new portable surface roughness tester is developed based on AT91R4008 microcontroller which has the characteristics of high--speed and low--power. The principal and subordinate control structure has been employed. Digital PID timing algorithm can be realized by drive system based on subordinate control- ler. Collection of signal is done by the main controller, which carries out linear phase digital filter. Analog filter which has approximate linear phase is designed. The Signatures of surface can be extracted with low distortion. The experiments result shows that the instrument has the features of high--speed, high--accuracy, low--power, which can meet the requirements of industry well.
