摘要
目前国内数字存储示波器市场上的随机等效采样所用的方法都是利用双斜积分电路,通过延长触发点与下一个采样时钟间的时间间隔,从而可以计数地址,再进行排序恢复波形;但由于双斜积分电路的非线型性,导致测量不准确;利用EDA技术给出一种递推—周期等效采样算法,不用外加任何电路,就可以实现随机等效采样,避免了测量触发点与采样点之间的时间间隔,误差较小,突破以往算法的瓶颈,实现起来也比较简单、准确且成本较低。
At present, the random equivalent sampling's method of domestic digital storage oscilloscopes market is used by the dual- slope integral circuit. Through extending the time interval between trigger point and the next sampling clock, which can count address, then ordering and restoring waveform. However because of the dual-slope integral circuit's nonlinear, the measuring result is not precision. The essay suggests an algorithm without any circuits, avoiding the time interval between the measuring trigger point and the sampling point, breakthrougbing the bottleneck of prevenient algorithm. It is accurate and low cost.
